We are committed to providing a high standard of customer service. Your opinion is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services you can make a complaint by sending an email to: complaints@sgcib.com
Our legal and compliance department will make sure that your complaint is investigated. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 10 working days including further steps that will be taken to resolve your complaint.
In all cases, within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint we will send you a letter explaining our final response or the reason why we cannot provide a response yet, and when we expect to be able to do this.
You can also submit your complaint to the civil court.
